Marge Jacobs joined AVRECO in 2008 and brings with her 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, including 18 years of experience specifically in the healthcare field. Prior to working at AVRECO, Jacobs worked at Swett & Crawford of Illinois, where she took on a leadership role in their National Healthcare Practice and fostered a 400% growth in their book of business over a single year (2007). Jacobs also spent 16 years at AON Risk Services, Inc., where she was the National Marketing Manager for Aon's Healthcare Practice and had responsibility for the oversight of an approximately $2 Billion Healthcare Book and 14 individuals.

Jacobs attended the Insurance School of Chicago and De Paul University, where she focused in Business. She is a past member of the faculty of the Insurance School of Chicago and is active in ASHRM and PLUS.
