Eligible risks must be certified by the American Board of Surgery or the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery, and also a member of either the American Society of Bariatric Surgeons (ASBS), or the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons (SAGES)

Limits Offered
Up to $1,000,000 per claim / $3,000,000 aggregate in most states with a mandatory $25,000 deductible
